Very disappointed with the way I was treated by this company. I will NEVER recommend.
Edited: Not at all what I had expected. As an outsider looking in, the detox program could be much better. Sadly, not much true engagement from nursing and management could help if some meaningful discussion or education could be given to patients as a group during their stay. I will admit the resident support staff (RSS) at the Residence are very genuine and kind-hearted. If you truly want to get clean, this place is like family and will do their best to guide you but they are learning everyday aswell. They offer comfort meds, TV, smoke breaks, and walks. When I was their we went outside and fed horses as a rare event. Amazing cook, a team that won't leave you stranded.. I recommend you come here only if you want to be clean forever.
