I am so impressed with the staff at Brookside, particularly with Kene and Stacey who helped me with a cross-country move for a family member. They went above and beyond to help us to choose a perfect room and even allowed us the use of some furniture until my brother’s arrived. I love this facility, also I love Kene Daley she has been a friend of mine for years..I recently helped my private client more to the memory unit..Kevin has a wonderful unit..I would tell anyone to come live here..Everyone is so nice and Kind.Great place to live
The NURSING STAFF - Agnes (Director) and team has been nothing short of spectacular to our mother as she encountered challenges over the past 4 months. They are attentive, flexible and tuned in to exactly what each patient needs to get them back to healthy. The physical therapy department was my favorite part. They were fun, energetic, and on top of things. some of the other staff not so much. The cleanliness was lacking. There was also some attitude from certain staff members. I did register complaints with supervisors to discuss these things. In my opinion to sit in waste of any kind for over three hours it’s unacceptable. To say that they have come in and swept and mopped your floors yet there’s still feces on the floor is unacceptable.
I am the president of a high school club that visits Brookside monthly to help senior citizens with technology. The facility and staff here are very welcoming and kind and it is a wonderful place to be!
