We moved mom in on July 3, 2025. Our experience with your staff prior to Mom moving in has been wonderful. Shante and Rodney were so easy to work with putting no pressure on us and eased our mind about leaving Mom in a safe place. Tate, the young man at the desk when you enter is always smiling and willing to help and answer any questions you might have. My mother has been a resident at Arrowrood for 2 plus years. She passed away this morning, Staff has been phenomenal in the care in general and the overall expereince has been difficult at times with wide variety of cognitive issues and the staff on the 3rd floor has been resilient every step of the way all the way to the end.. Without hesitation they also were very accomodating to us and allowed us to spend final hours with her, without hesitating alot of support very kind and caring staff.
