Rodney was very delightful and kind to us during our tour of the Arrowood facility today. He explained everything in detail and provided us with all the appropriate information in a folder. He made sure we were satisfied by the end of our tour and stated he would follow up in a few days.

We moved mom in on July 3, 2025. Our experience with your staff prior to Mom moving in has been wonderful. Shante and Rodney were so easy to work with putting no pressure on us and eased our mind about leaving Mom in a safe place. Tate, the young man at the desk when you enter is always smiling and willing to help and answer any questions you might have. The maintenance staff was more than willing to help us hang draperies and set up her room so she would feel like She was in her OWN home. I would highly recommend THE RESIDE... read more
