Silvia was spot on for my remedial massage. I walked in again with a locked lower back and walked out fully mobile and pain free.
Had a wonderful massage with Selene at the weekend, I had not had a massage in 6 months due to health issues and Selene’s understanding of how to target the tension areas and treat them was excellent.
