Get better wifi. Patients have no service . A bit disappointed in the staff. My mother now has a blood clot in her leg. Her leg has been 3 times the normal size for a few weeks . Are patients even looked at by a nurse or Dr on a regular basis? It appears not . This is not the job of a cna but a nurse or doctor. And on top of that, no one came to talk to my mother about the blood clot. My mother never gets the food she orders . It has been addressed multiple times and nothing changes.

A deeply alarming and unacceptable experience - STAY AWAY! My mother was transferred from UConn Health to Autumn Lake Healthcare at West Hartford, also known as The Reservoir, on Friday, July 31, 2026. She arrived at approximately 5:30 p.m. Upon arrival, her bed did not have sheets or a blanket. At approximately 8:30 p.m., I called to check on her and learned that she still had no bedding, had not been provided food, and had not received her prescribed medications.
