Autumn Lake Healthcare exceeded every expectation and truly felt like a warm embrace during a tough time. From the moment we walked in with its clean, homey rooms and beautifully maintained grounds – put us at ease The staff here are absolute rockstars! The nurses were attentive and kind, always checking in with genuine smiles and quick responses to any needs.
LPN Crissandra (sp??) who came in to pass meds was very friendly and took extra care when administering the medication to my Nana. Thank you for taking such good care of my Nana.
