It's a one because I couldn't select 0. My grandmother was here 2 years ago when it was still the Reservoir which was owned by Athena. The overall service has significantly declined. What could the contributing factors be? Well I'm going to go with facts. The facility is now under the management/ownership of Autumn Lake, whereas 2 years ago it was an Athena facility. Lovely place. My friend who I visited seems very comfortable and was happy being there. She mentioned how attentive and considerate all the staff are.
The place was very clean, open space, and one of the better places I've seen
I think the place is very nice.,rooms were spacious and my client felt comfortable
