I really hope I can rent an apt here. Genessa is a wonderful office personnel. She is very helpful & kind. She's at this complex in the am hours then goes to sister property, Landmark on Lamar in afternoons. I will take either property to live in.
I actually lived and rented an apartment from this place under section 8 a doctors letters stating that I could no longer live in Texas had to go back home, asma was so bad that I was doing 6 treatments a day, instead of 1 treatment a day, now these apartments management lied said that I didn't pay my rent and sent it to the credit bureau, I have proof showing the credit bureau, poor management, I would never rent from this place heads up be careful renting here keep all receipts.
Almost all windows leak and look like their about to fall out of the wall. Cheap electrical outlets reeced into the wall and break. The worst part is the infestation of roaches. They spray monthly but its a joke. This place needs to be destroyed and rebuilt with some actual effort. How anyone would allow people to live in these conditions is beyond me. And good luck keeping up with the manager that gets replaced every month or so. SMH. Go.look.for yourself

One of the nicest apartments in town. Usually quiet. Management is hard to keep here. Always a new manager.
