I had a fantastic experience working with Emili in the office. She was incredibly helpful and always had a positive attitude. Her warm and friendly personality made every interaction a pleasure. Emili went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and any concerns I had were addressed promptly. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Emili for her outstanding customer service!
I have only lived here a few months and there are many good things about my apartment but there are also many negative things about the community. No staff and no maintenance. The grounds are overgrown with weeds and if you have a problem there is no way to get assistance . The only time a person is in the office is when rent is due. My neighbors had a snake on their patio because of all the overgrown grass and weeds .
I've lived here for 4 years and my experience has been favorable however, the few issues I've experienced are problems in my apartment were addressed with the timeframe they provided and the office turnaround with employees. All of these frustrations have improved and have been well worth it now that the new guy in the office ,(Jason I believe) has arrived. He listens and is finally getting stuff around here. Please stay Jason! You're awesome!
We have lived here for over 3years you can’t get anything fixed our stove don’t work we just got our ice maker they have roaches bed bugs and they say if you move they will help with money I know people they helped but not us my husband is 76 I’m 73 they still want us to pay rent hear and find a place I have pictures to prove all of this
