I've been here for a little over a year and I've enjoyed my time here. Compared to all the other places I've lived in Dumas, the apartments are really nice and it is well worth what I pay for the rent. And Lizzy the lady that works in the office is one of the sweetest ladies that I have ever met...
They are CROOKED and will raise your rent without warning and they will add on unnecessary charges to anything you owe for the hell of it.

I’ve lived here for 6 years, in those years we’ve went thru 6 landlords saying we’re gonna get things fixed, it took them a month to get a water heater in so my children could take a bath, it’s been two years since my dishwasher went down, we file a work order had two different guys from seldom company say they ordered part one a year ago the second about 3 months ago they are no longer employed. I have been for 2 years .I am a momma of 3.. It is a very nice place to live one of the best so far !!! They are so fast at fixing whatever you need ... The maintenance is always on top of everything... They are very nice and homey!!! I definitely recommend this for single moms and dads and couples !!
