I absolutely love living here. Between the proximity to restaurants, Walmart, and the highway this location is really convenient for all things Camden and Dover. The office staff is absolutely amazing, the residents are kind, and the amenities are well kept. Any issues within the apartment are handled by the maintenance man quickly so you’re never waiting around! All around, this is an amazing property.
I have mixed feelings about my experience here. On one hand, the staff is incredibly kind and responsive. Aj from maintenance is wonderful. The requests are typically addressed the very next day. He came every day for days trying to fix our sink and even helped us out after hours when we were locked out. However, we were without a functioning sink or dishwasher for 6 days. While maintenance tried their best, the issue required a professional plumber who was scheduled for Friday but never showed up. Management made us wait un... read more
