Not sure what the recent negative reviews are about, but I love this place! I am actually next door neighbors with the people who wrote the negative reviews recently. Everything is exaggerated, and I can prove a couple of errors in the post. The dog she was referring to barked for a period of 2 months, not a year. Helpful, friendly, and always very tentative!
We have been at The Reserve for just about a month and both my roommate and I love it so much. My favorite part is hands down the staff; between Josie, Norma, and all the Maintenance Staff, we have had a wonderful experience settling into our new home. I would highly recommend The Reserve to anyone looking for extremely nice and maintained facilities as well as a kind and welcoming community. I am looking forward to living here for a long time 😊🏠
My roommate and I love our apartment! The community is great and the building is beautiful! Josie and Norma have been a huge help during the application and move in process!
I toured the complex twice now and as a future resident Mikayla Gregg has been so welcoming and friendly each time ! Such a nice property and I can’t wait to move-in!
These apartments are so gorgeous. The icing on the cake are the property agents, Mikayla and Josie. They were both super helpful and so patient. Mikayla was prompt with responding to my request for information online (which I appreciated since we were looking to move quickly).When I showed up to view the property, she took her time with me (and my million questions!) and was very thorough.
