This was a last minute booking, we were in the area and was already late evening, the communication was great and when we checked in (after 10pm) we found the kindest person possible at the reception, the service was great and the person never stopped smiling. This is exactly what you need when you arrive late and very tired after a long day. Thank you The Reserve Hotel.
Clean, lots of amenities in the rooms with various choices of number of beds (ideal for families), a games arcade with 4 lanes of 10 pin bowling and 3 pool tables, bar, it's a wonderful hotel!

Thanks for a wonderful stay…was a late stop between a basketball tournament. Your kindness to allow a late checkout to coincide with our basketball game the next day was lovely. Friendly and caring service. Great little arcade for the kids. Room neat and tidy. Thankyou
Had a great work trip staying at the reserve hotel, sale. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The toilet had a bidet and I was very happy about it. Had a really nice stay, sleep and shower after work. Thank you for the service. Cheers 🥂
