The diverse 55+ community at The Reserve is very welcoming to all. We celebrated the end of Summer with an all-resident street party, complete with brats and burgers, sides, smores, music, and dancing until twilight.

Working for Oakwood Homes gave my sister Mary, the opportunity to purchase an affordable home in a 55+ community. Ritchie Kotschau was very helpful in the selection of her home. Ritchie sent weekly videos on the progress of her home as it was being built. The builder in charge of the home, Kellie Plessinger, was also very thorough in the building of her home. Ritchie stayed late to accommodate our intense interest in Oakwood Homes on a Friday evening and stayed after hours when we did not even have an appointment. He answered all of our questions, which did not stop and showed us not just the models, but the build sites too.
