I’ve only been living here about a month and i absolutely HATE IT HERE IT IS SO DISGUTINGGG!!!! 1) the bedrooms don’t have connections for lightbulbs!!! I had to buy lamps to plug in and all the sockets don’t even work! 2) my ring camera picked up a man literally PEEEINNGGGG in the hallways on the wall and when I informed the office they sent some shady looking person that SWEPT the carpet with a broom!!!! Erneka Campbell while here, seemed to care about all the residents. ( The difficult as well as the pleasant ones ). I've overheard some of her conversations while waiting to be waited on. To me that says a lot about a person. When try to treat everyone equally.
I moved into this community a little over two months ago and i should have known based on my move in experience that i had made a mistake. I have never moved into an apartment community where no one in the office did a walk through with the new tenant. Upon arriving at my bldg I was unable to enter the because the didn't open the door. Contacted the office and they sent a maintenance guy to show me the trick to opening the door and i may ad this joker was rude. Mr. General Manager of Reserve at West Hills Apartments, As of May 14, 2024, my iron disappeared from the room after the maintenance service sent by you. I informed you by two emails in which I requested a refund for this iron. You have not deigned to respond to these emails nor to my two previous letters even of respect for form. I thought your institution was more serious. Unfortunately, it is not the case. As you are decided not to respond to my correspondence, I reserve the right to bring these complaints to arbitration.
