Just moved here 3 months ago, love my apartment and location is great, maintenance has been very responsive with any issues.. only negative thing i have to say and I've lived in several apartment complexes and the sound proofing between floors.. it is horrible literally sounds like at times they are coming right through your ceiling. Especially if you live below someone with children there is no enjoyable peace in your apartment. My suggestion if you want an enjoyable quiet living space here live on the 3rd floor.
Should have read and listened to these reviews before moving in here. My advice is to do a walk through with management the day you move out. We were charged $175 for a "spot" on the carpet. Asked for proof (bc there were no stains/spots) and was informed there are no pictures and that it was just management's word against ours. Basically they can and will charge you for anything they feel like (with no proof or any evidence) and there is nothing you can do. I keep seeing reviews from people who received tours, and tours are not an accurate representation of a property. I lived there for two years, soooo..... The location's convenient and the units themselves were decent. Unfortunately, the property as a whole went downhill: security gates only working intermittently, unsupervised kids racing around the streets in the dark, and a very disengaged staff in the leasing office.
