Would not recommend this apartment complex if you want your security deposit returned. My son has been waiting 3 months for his security deposit to be returned and they will not return phone calls or emails. They originally said that it had been mailed but they can clearly see that the check has never been cashed and not offering to stop payment on the check and issue a new one. Unacceptable.
We toured The Reserve at Venice this past weekend, and it was the highlight of our apartment search. It was one of our last stops after a long day of touring multiple properties, but Ali’s energy and insight made our decision an easy one.
