I would give 0 stars if I could I do not recommend this apartment complex, especially for pet owners. Although it advertises itself as “pet-friendly,” management failed to maintain safe conditions in the dog park. Trash and potentially toxic items were repeatedly left behind, and my dog was nearly seriously harmed as a result. I reported these issues multiple times and was largely ignored. I want to sincerely thank the maintenance dept for their speedy response in repairing our dishwasher. Dave and crew continue to provide excellent service and are great assets to the reserve. In closing, I want to also thank Paige for the new bedroom rug and future painting.

Just moved here 3 months ago, love my apartment and location is great, maintenance has been very responsive with any issues.. only negative thing i have to say and I've lived in several apartment complexes and the sound proofing between floors.. it is horrible literally sounds like at times they are coming right through your ceiling. Especially if you live below someone with children there is no enjoyable peace in your apartment. My suggestion if you want an enjoyable quiet living space here live on the 3rd floor.
