Excellent experience with my daughter living here while attending UCA! Clean, safe, convenient to campus and the management team is attentive to all needs! Crystal is the best!!
The management of this complex is always on top of matters that concern their residents. Close to the gyn and walking trail makes thus a great location for our family. The only downside is the lawncare service almost always blows leaves and grass clippings onto our patio and we can never seem to keep it clear of debris.
I have lived at The Reserve for nearly two years. The curb appeal and location is nice but the build was obviously rushed and corners were cut. The cabinets don’t line up, flooring was cut incorrectly, baseboards aren’t flush, ect. They skipped insulation in the flooring and ceiling. I hear every step my upstairs neighbor takes and I’m sure my downstairs neighbor hears mine because the floor literally echos when I walk. The entire complex has an issue with roaches. This was a great experience. Every step of the process living here was easy & made being there great. The office staff is friendly, helpful & easy to work with. They care about their tenants and are extremely organized. Would recommend! Gated (and they work) & security cameras on property to make you feel more at ease.
