Would not recommend. Maintenance sucks, office staff sucks. No one answers the phone in the office. When I originally moved in last year we had a work order in for a thermostat for over three months, never completed. We finally decided to change it ourselves, thank goodness my man works HVAC. Waited for a dryer part for over three weeks when I first moved in, I was told the dryer could not be replaced. we would need to wait for the part. After waiting three weeks, we received a new dryer. I moved into The Reserves at Ponds Edge about three months ago. I have had a wonderful experience and I owe it all to Shana. She is always happy and willing to help. Shana is always pleasant, has a smile when she sees you and builds positive relationships. Shana makes living at The Reserves at Ponds Edge feel like home. Pond’s Edge location is secluded and quiet but accessible to local restaurants and shopping. The staff at Pond’s Edge is amazing! So nice to work with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Shana is a pleasure to work with. No matter how busy she is I am always greeted with a smile and her willingness to do her best to address my questions and any concerns I may have in a professional manner.
