Angel and Katie are literal rockstars and go above and beyond for the residents here at Reserve at Palmer Ranch. The old management company didn't care about the property and the residents, but the front office has always been consistently solid, and the reason why i've enjoyed my time and stayed here. I have held off on giving a review for almost 2 years but I am at the point where there is nothing management can do to change my mind, i have given them ample opportunity to do the right thing and they are so defunct and unethical that it would disgust even the worst slum lords in 3rd world countries. Speaking of, in the last year this has turned into a "Refugee" camp, where 90% of the residents do not even speak english.
