One of the most unprofessional leasing experiences I’ve had—especially at this price point. The building is advertising rentals while restricting access to nearly everything you’re expected to pay for. I was told I couldn’t open doors, couldn’t see the pool (because I could “see it from the balcony”), and couldn’t view the gym because I’m “not a resident.” Expecting someone to commit $8K–$10K/month under those conditions is absurd.
