Great community and great neighbourhood. Pulte is building one of best community in the Columbia station.
Excellent construction company. Very professional throughout the process of building a house. The production team the sales team all of them are very very knowledgeable and they make your homebuying experience. Awesome. I will always recommend this company to anyone who asked me. Again, I just want to say thanks to the sales person in the office. Jack and my production manager Edd for making this life changing decision enjoyable.
We had an amazing experience with Pulte right from the beginning. Jack was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to answer all of our questions and address our requests. During the construction of our house, Edi was always there for us, promptly responding to our calls and texts and addressing all our concerns. This was an absolutely wonderful experience from the start! Our sales rep, Jack, was attentive and patient through our design process. When it came time for construction & warranties, Ed, George & Chuck were so kind and addressed any questions we had in a timely fashion and with great detail. Everyone is so great to work with in this community and the house is everything we expected! ❤️ Thank you Pulte team!
Brandon Rolko was a great salesman and designed a beautiful quick to move home! Ed and George were very knowledgeable and professional during the construction process and have even assured us they are available even after we closed earlier this week. We are extremely pleased with our home purchase and experience with Pulte all around, from sales, to mortgage lending, to the post close experience. We highly recommend this community and Pulte!
