I had a great experience with Pulte Homes. The entire team worked hard and delivered high-quality results.
So we moved into this new development back in 2024 and our 1-year warranty work was to begin in March 2025 (which it did) but it’s now end of June and our house looks like this (see attached photos; and these are only a handful of what else we have). Great community and great neighbourhood. Pulte is building one of best community in the Columbia station.
Excellent construction company. Very professional throughout the process of building a house. The production team the sales team all of them are very very knowledgeable and they make your homebuying experience. Awesome. I will always recommend this company to anyone who asked me. Again, I just want to say thanks to the sales person in the office. Jack and my production manager Edd for making this life changing decision enjoyable.
