Dee in the model home was beyond helpful in the application process and she was very knowledgeable about the community! We appreciate her so so much!! She made the experience as amazing as it was.
The move-in was great John the On site Maintenance taking care of all the issues that we had on move in and Jose has got us taken care of as well as Kory made the experience smooth.
I wanted to give a shout out to the Maintenance employee at the Eastmark reserve property. His name is John. He’s always so friendly, works so hard, and always is ready to be accommodating. Just thought I’d stop by and give him a shout. Thank you, John.
We’ll start with the leasing manager Dee. She was so helpful and kind through the whole process. I really felt like I was going to be in the right place with a great management team. And then Jose was a great help with maintenance. Everything was fixed in a timely manner to the greatest capacity right after move in. I’m so thankful for the team at The Reserve Eastmark.
I’ve been a resident for 6 months and truly appreciate the communication from the office and taking care of issues as soon as possible. We’re happy to have landed here, this housing is perfect for my family.
