We moved here a week ago and we absolutely love it! We have a family of 4 and we have so much space in this house. This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom and the home is extremely reasonably priced as well. We wake up everyday thankful for this beautiful home. Update! We have been in our home almost a month now and we still love it as we did when we signed the lease. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!! This property is managed by a rude, money hungry company in DECRON. The property has gone through 2-4 property managers since I’ve been there. The units are poorly made and overpriced. The reserve at Eastmark apartments are the laughing stock of Eastmark; anyone can rent with Decron and stay at this property!!!! When I first moved into this property, the unit was poorly cleaned, carpet smelled of dog and cigarette smoke. I asked to be switched to a different unit right away, but was told by Oriana, that w... read more

We lived here for one year. The apartment is beautiful and we had a great location. The process to lease was incredibly easy. We never had problems with management they were very flexible. The complex itself doesn’t have a pool but access to the mark is good enough. Loved our two car garage. Price was great. It was quiet and clean very safe.
