First I would like to say…The Reserve must be very desperate to get their reviews numbers improved. It would appear they have asked staff members and residents to leave 5 stars reviews in the last few days because they are getting hammered with the truth - It is completely bogus, especially when the Executive Director of the facility is leaving a 5 star review, but please read on…. I have visited the dementia unit at The reserve and I saw the Rca’s and the residents laughing together and I swear it was the cutest things I’ve ever seen! It’s beautiful in there and it smells good. It’s wonderful to see good places that care about our family Members!
I am part of the wonderful community at the Reserve, I am happy with my job and my co workers. I love my residents and how much fun we all have together. The care that we provide the residents is with much love and compassion. I am happy to be part of a good team.
I work here for 7 years and I love to work with the elderly community. I'm happy to be part of a team that takes care of each other and the community.
I go to the reserve as an outside aid for Home Care Hands. In the reflections unit I always see Gigi smiling, greeting everyone, and handy and sweet
