Excellent and professional services. Neysha, Vanessa and Bethany were solution-specific in their client relationship. They were helpful in the right choice of room selection, moving of my items and ensuring that any compliant were resolved. I give “The Cool Springs apartment at Elizabethtown KY” a 5 star rating. Their apartments deserve this because of their extra spaces for swimming, gym and exquisite neighborhood!
The Reserve is a great amenity-rich community with additional amenities being added and planned. It’s managed by a great team that leads with communication.
Excellent location, fantastic amenities, and management teams knows you (and your dog) by name! They care about what is important to tenants and move quickly to fix anything that needs repair. I tell all my friends about this property.
The Reserve is a wonderful property with excellent staff! As a first-time renter, I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Neysha went above and beyond in addressing all of my questions and concerns, which really helped ease the process. The community is well-maintained, and I’ve felt very comfortable and welcomed since moving in.
The staff is amazing, the apartments are beautiful, well kept and up to date. Highly recommend!
