My experience with Demetrius was exceptional he went above and beyond to get me approved for the unit I wanted and I’m very appreciative of that he was kind and understanding very pleasant attitude however I was not able to move forward due to other reasons but if your looking for a great place to stay and wants someone who is caring speak with Demetrius he gets my 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Completely horrible shitty bug infestation dirty, all types of lose animals.. all throughout the complex.. the leasing agent by the name of Demetrious goosby is a complete irresponsible, unprofessional, narcissist, he’s the assistant agent. Go talk to lady she’s more professional when she’s not letting the “Assistant” talk please don’t waste your time it has been a disaster. Fire Demetrious then the Neighbourhood would be more in shape.
Huge thank you to Demetrius and Derrion! They both made my move-in process so much easier. Demetrius really stood out—he’s super straightforward and honest, which you don’t come across often in leasing. I really appreciated that. Also, shoutout to the maintenance guy—he’s seriously the best. Super helpful, efficient, and FAST. Everything got handled quickly and stress-free, which made a big difference.
