The property manager Terri does not play and I mean that in a positive way. She has made my move very comfortable, she works with you, is great at communicating, and is very professional. In addition, she listens to her residents, address and fix their concerns, and follows up and makes sure everything is still running smoothly. I truly enjoy having such a caring manager in the leasing office.
The maintenance man John is awesome. Everytime I have a maintenance service he is right on. He’s professional and moves with a sense of urgency. We need more maintenance people like him.
I lived here a year very quiet community, could use a few upgrades but you get what you pay for. I really appreciate the maintenance staff John anytime I had a maintenance issue he would show up, was professional and even explained the issue and what he had to do to resolve the problem. I hope he stays because finding maintenance workers who show up and get the job done without having you wait days and show up complaining is a rare find.
Quiet, clean, and close to tons of necessities.
I hate that there are so many stray cats and nobody is doing anything, this night I heard a stray meowing and it hurt my heart. Can you like make a little place where all the strays can stay please, because it hurts my heart to hear many strays die overnight.
