We had an appointment with Dr. Sheena Changela and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. We live about 30–40 minutes away and were given a 9:00 a.m. appointment during rush hour. We arrived at 9:15 a.m. and explained the traffic situation, but no one tried to help us or accommodate us in any way. We had booked this appointment 10 days in advance. Waste of time and money grab!! Multiple tests and bullshit had to go through.. one year wasted but this place they could not explain why my wife cannot get pregnant even when everything seems to be perfect with her health and eggs. Careless staff and bad results... Pushy people for IVF even before completing 3rd cycle of IUI. Long waiting time sof the procedure which my wife had to endure without any luck. My experience at this clinic was disappointing. I was treated like a number than a human being. Communication is poor, no empathy and when concerns were raised, there was no accountability. IVF is already an emotionally intense experience, and this clinic made the process more overwhelming rather than supportive. A clinic should reduce that burden not add to it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
This place is terrible. There is no empathy, there is no communication, and they will string you along for month on end with nothing to show for it. Incredibly frustrating experience and ZERO accountability as far as I can tell. Please also don’t placate me like the other reviewers by asking for me to “reach out so you can address this issue directly”.. how about YOU reach out and fix it. You have my information, I am (was) a patient and if you really wanted to make things right, maybe take a proactive approach for once.
