Great experience, workers were awesome and did a fantastic job. Took care all our needs and made sure it was done in a timely manner. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Def recommend using them for any plumbing needs.
Stay away from this company. Not sure what happened to this company but they have got to hell in a hand basket. Previously completed a major project with this team, but they have completely changed. Called to ask questions and clarity. Instead, I was belittled and told how wrong I was. Just so you guys know, you are not the only plumbing service in Houston that provides quality work. Our house needed a full Repipe. So after reading great reviews about The Repipe Company, I gave them a call. Carlos was prompt with a visit, explained the job thoroughly, and provided a very competitive quote. They did our repipe last week and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them. Excellent company with great, highly skilled employees!
I use them for my repipe everything went well no problems. But then I called them because I was having some Plumbing issues non-related to the repipe according to them. The guy got here he looked very confused had no idea what was going on he diagnosed it I said okay paid the fee he fixed it. In one week I had the same problem turns out my drain was cracked. But he said he couldn't fix until another worker arrived. The fee to change the drain was going to be $1750. Mind you i had just paid about $600 for the previous repair.... read more
