Best They take on all types of auto repair, their service is great and prices are fantastic. Their staff is very friendly and technicians are above reproach.
Extremely Poor Customer Service I stopped in to get an estimate..I was "TALKED TO"by the owner, NOT LISTENED TO!! I was talked to in a very condescending manner and basically was treated like an idiot at best. Their rates are high (sometimes you don't mind paying more if you feel like you're getting quality service). But , I would strongly suggest to anyone who is considering this shop to reconsider. Their are repair shops in this town who would love to have your business and will bend over backwards to EARN your business..
Best car shop in town. I read all of the other reviews and had to leave my own because they are wrong, this shop is the best I have found in Rapid. I was guided from a friend to this shop because we both love cars and are Mechanical Engineers at mines who do most of the maintenance on our own vehicles when we can. My starter died after only 1.5 years of service I took it to them because I can't blame the previous installer because I did it myself. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE They have very poor customer service and their quality of work is very poor. I used to recommend them but after they have cost several of my friends a lot of money i will never recommend them again.
Long Time Customer, Very Satified I have relied on the Repair Shop both for my business repair needs and for my personal repair needs. Cory and the guys are always friendly and helpful. I have referred many friends and family to The Repair Shop over the years. Keep up the Great work you guys.
RE: Beware do not use for repairs I took my Windstar in to have the water pump replaced after about a month it started acting up. It was heating up and running rough took it into the Ford dealer and they told me whoever put the water pump used silicone and caked it on. The silicone then got into the engine and the bottom end is going out now I have a Windstar with a bad motor. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they would not do anything they are not even a member. So I would think twice before using them for ... read more
Trusty people I always take my car there. They are very upfront with you and tell you what the price will be before they start working on it. I have told alot of friends about them and they now take there cars to them too.
