I have used The Repair Shack Several items to have repaired, they have come through in a timely manor. I thought that i try a gain on an old oven clock, i paid for the shipping both ways, they told me that the part (transformer) was not available after they wanted $100 to move it to the head of the line for faster Service, they new it was not available but robbed me out of $100 and charged me $75 for a Bench Charge! $167.65 + $100+$75 and only gave me a $64.99 Refund and i still had was in the same situation but it cost me $... read more

My 20 year old gas range would not come up to temperature and threw a F3 code. I decided to try to get is fixed and found repair shack. They were very communitive and helpful. They received my package via FedEx on a Friday, posted pictures and had it repaired by the following Wednesday. They gave me a call to say it was repaired and bench tested and then returned it USPS priority mail. I received it on Saturday, installed it and it works great. Thanks Repair Shack.

I had a 13 year old Whirlpool double oven in which I was told the circuit board was not available and could not be repaired. I'm from Toronto, Canada, and went online to look into having it repaired. I called The Repair Shack and the service was excellent as they assured me that the circuit was repairable and they had all the necessary parts. Great service and completed within 10 days. I received a phone call that it was being shipped back. Thank you!!!

I had used a different co before ,i will go back. from the time i shipped the board to them too back to me was a month and 4 days. sent in in for dem display. after a couple weeks i call lady says needs lcd screen $30.00 more keep waiting call back in had to talk to the tech said it would be $75.00(they have my board what else can i do) wait a annother week i call in said it had been shipped no email letting me know. DO NOT USE THEM

Horrible Experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Paid for shipping both ways; the repair fee; and still could not correct my issue. The "warranty they offer" does not pay for their errors or shipping; therefore I had to pay MORE SHIPPING COSTS. The control board had exactly the same problem as it had prior to spending several hundred dollars with no fix. AVOID THIS PLACE!! Had a Dacor 2 bay oven go bad. E-mailed them about my control panel. Quote was for $120.00 Sent in the control board and key pad. Chris, their great technician (and all around nice guy) called me back, and asked a few questions. He told me to send in the 2 relay boards.
