Paid for very early check in at 10:30 am because of early morning arrival of our long haul flight to NYC. My husband & I arrived even earlier than 10:30 and were pleasantly surprised when we were allowed to check in to our room already. The room was large and clean and had a great view of the Empire State building. We were provided with free bottled water and the room was cleaned daily. Amazing hotel! Such service and so friendly.
Superbe séjour dans cet établissement. Accueil chaleureux, souriant, et ultra serviable. Chambre confortable, elles sont grandes et les matelas super, bouteille d’eau neuves tous les jours. Salle de sport dans l’établissement. Le clou : nous avons été surclassé au 15e étage avec terrasse, privative et vue sur l’empire State building. Exceptionnel! L’emplacement est parfait : 7 minutes à pied de la 5th avenue, 4 minutes à pied de Grand Central avec tous ses métros et bus, 15 minutes à pied de Time Square. C’était super.
