Horrible customer service. The managers lies to your face. Used car salesman vibes. The electronic mark ups are incredibly high compared to RAC and BestWay. Do yourself a favor and avoid these scam artists. $899.99 for an iPad mini is crazy. Then the harassing text messages and phone calls on top of it. They’re as shady as shady gets. They double charged me on the same device. Horrible experience. Avoid at all cost. I have no clue who they paid to get a 4.8 star rating.
Been in Tennessee over a year now and have been doing business with Jeff and amber since I arrived, great people always going above and beyond to get anything I ask for and very accommodating. My 7 year old keeps wanting to come work for them we do so much business there lol, keep up the good work guys I don’t want to do business anywhere else
Jeff is amazing!! This whole store has gone above and beyond for almost the last year and has been so incredibly accommodating and patient when life happened. I can’t say enough good things but these guys are 10 stars out of 5!!!
