The apartments are okay but the management is bad especially the new one. It has been 7 months since my fan and light haven’t been working and they never replaced it even though I have been asking over and over. They couldn’t care less. The garbage pick up is an issue too, sometimes they don’t pick it up for a week! They also can’t figure out their new payment portal and they aren’t willing to fix it. In addition it’s not a nice neighborhood and I hear gunshots regularly. I wouldn’t recommend.
Renton Sage Apartments is under new management/ownership. Past management had neglected the property maintenance issues as well as tenants concerns. The new ownership/management/staff is working diligently to clean up the property as well as address any maintenance issues. I've lived at this complex over 7 years. This past month I have witnessed everything positive regarding this property. Keep up the great work!!!
Tony is very friendly and professional. He gave a detailed tour of the bldg and makes this process very easy. It's a plus for signing a lease.
Came to do a walkthrough at this apartment complex and It genuinely felt like I got catfished by this listing. The pictures do not match the reality AT ALL. They had trash everywhere, the pool had green floating algae, and there were gang tags spray painted on some of the apartments. I came for a scheduled appointment and was sitting outside for almost 15 minutes while 3 people sat on their computers inside while “in a meeting.” They heard the knocking but looked away. I’ve lived here for two years and the management company that took over maybe a year or so ago are awesome! They have really put effort into improving the community and the keeping it looking as best they can. Tiffany in the office is so nice and helpful and management is helpful as well. They have really worked to turn this place around for the better! I’m happy to live here and don’t plan moving anytime soon 😊
