Called Friday to reserve for Saturday. Ghosted us Saturday. No calls or text responses - ruined our entire days plan. A little communication could have gone a long way.
Easily the best operation to go with to rent a boat for the Eagle River area. There’s many to go with but Dave makes it easy and effortless.
Rented a pontoon for our vacation and had a blast! Started 1st turn every time. Boat was in like-new condition, ran perfect and the kids made use of the Bluetooth feature for their own music. The owner Dave responded promptly and was good at explaining the boat options and how to use it. 5 stars.
I can't say enough good about our experience. We rented TWO pontoon boats for a special event and we were very pleased. Dave was great with communication - direct, clear, and quick. The drop-off/launch and pick-up/load process was quick, easy, and on-time. The boats worked perfectly and price and terms were great. We'd use this company again and will refer our up north visitors to them!
