Excellent uhaul service. Check-in and pickup were prompt with no frills. Return was even easier.
First, I rented a skid steer with improper attachments that could damage the machine and they held me liable then they rented me a stump grinder with 40 dull teeth and they thought it was acceptable to have me install eight new teeth and now they rented me a mini excavator that couldn’t turn itself when it got hot halfway through a shift.
Great friendly staff that welcomes you! Kind enough to explain everything needed with the walk behind to avoid any damage from misuse. I did have the machine rented for the entire day. I was able to get my job done in a few hours. Returned the machine and the only charged me for 4 hours not the entire day. How awesome is that?!?! Again 10/10 experience from customer service, to the machines, to the return. Thank you rental branch for kind staff and nice equipment!
