I had a transformative experience at Renfrew's IOP program. The therapists were wonderful and the group therapy sessions they led fostered a healing environment that focused on developing connections with other group members. The groups blended psychoeducation and connection in a very skillful way that did not feel contrived but felt very nurturing and loving. Very supportive, but very cramped. All the rooms for groups were small compared to the number of patients. And the groups were good most of the time. Therapists are very nice and helpful and thorough (when I was there in 2019?)
