I was an outpatient and inpatient in the Philadelphia center back in between 2012 and 2013. All the counselors were so helpful and kind. I know it’s a late review and a lot of them might not be working there still but from the bottom of my heart thank you for giving me a chance at a normal life and a better relationship with food. Still a struggle but I get through and I put all I learned from them to play.
The staff is caring and supportive. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately and I felt truly understood by staff. Meal support is great.

It has been a little over a year since I attended treatment at Renfrew in Mt. Laurel. I wanted to take time before posting this review to ensure my emotions didn’t dictate my perspective. Unfortunately, my feelings remain the same—I was incredibly disappointed with the services provided. Renfrew saved my life. I was borderline residential and the Mt. Laurel team worked closely with me (and my support system) for PHP then IOP and now outpatient (hell yeah!). I'm 34 and Renfrew taught me more than eating - the team and others there taught me that if I were to get through this I had to WANT to do it. I did not want to eat any of the food, in my head I complained about some of the meals, yet I WANTED THIS. I take that back, I NEEDED this.
