Unsupportive. I was highest level at Residential and then came to php and it went downhill, the worst part is the staff was not supportive. They treated other patients who were not in crisis with more attention. The supervisor has never contact me. Don't recommend php under any circumstances. I only recommend residential I’ll try to remember some good moments at pho and some decent staff
When at renfrew I was forced to eat ridiculously high amounts of food. I gained weight so fast and had no time to process it and by the time I was done I didn’t even recognize my body. It made my depression horrible and I have not been the same since. Never go here.
this place made my ED a million times worse, i would not recommend even my worst enemy to come here. dangerous medical malpractice, absolutely none of the staff (except the psychiatrist is absolutely wonderful, well informed, and caring) properly trained in eating disorders. they are sadists. was forced to eat under a timer on multiple occasions until i threw up. made it nearly impossible for me to transfer to another facility, told me that i didnt want to recover and that I was wasting everyone’s time. the list goes on and ... read more
