unnecessary & cruel gentrification of an historic town. tearing down a public school to build more unaffordable housing is a middle finger to the people of new orleans. if i could give 0 stars i would.
The Property Management & Maintenance Staff are extremely pro-active. The Maintenance Staff diagnosed the issue and had an outside vendor on-site to repair the issue within a matter of a few hours. Couldn't have asked for quicker or better service.
After 6 months of living here, I can highly recommend it! Great location and updated apartments. Management is very responsive to issues. Kristine Sullivan went out of her way to help us this past weekend which was greatly appreciated.
Great residential living experience.
