Extremely disorganized. We requested a quote for remodeling our bathroom and potentially adding another and they came to our house in early December to estimate the project. They stated they would email the quote. We never heard back. I reached out mid January to receive the quote and they asked to come to our house again to review it. They then no showed the appt. Had a basement door and sliding glass door replaced a few years ago under the direction of Tom at the remodeling authority who presented himself as the owner. So many issues from the start after financing was approved, nothing happened, took several calls to get things moving, doors were not installed by time frame promised and once they were actually installed the sliding door was put on the wrong way. They had to come back to change direction of the door before payment was released and were supposed to come back a week aft... read more
