Great company
Remodeling Authority did an excellent job on my roof. The roofing team was here on time and completed everything in less than a day. Chris was especially great. Always available for questions and super friendly, even when running into him while working on a neighbors roof.
Do not hire this company for concrete patio work! A salesman solicited work at my parents' house to replace their deck when "they were doing work in the neighborhood". My parents decided they wanted a handicapped accessible patio instead, as my father is wheelchair bound. The company provided a quote and my parents accepted and paid a deposit. The company subcontracted out the concrete patio work and it was done poorly - visible cracks at the steps, puddles collect in the rain, discolored stains, no seams, poured in the wron... read more
