I mean, I love(d) this bar. Was here 3-4 times a day, bc I hate my job lol I needed a break.. all was fine, except twice. Lindsey (not Lindsey B, she’s the best) gave me an attitude over needed to tap to pay, and Saturday night I stopped for a drink and they wanted $30 cover charge? Did not eat, just a few reels.
We ended up here by accident because there was a long food wait at Bulldog Saloon. They said “it will probably be faster next door.” When we first walked in, the place was pretty empty so we thought it was a joke….only to have the BEST burger ever. Highly recommend! Service was fast and excellent!
Had tickets to see a show tonight at the Remington, lost my wallet, tried calling and just asking a few questions regarding getting a refund, was just blatantly hung up on and ignored without even saying simply that there isn’t anything they can do to help me. Lack of customer communication, and no care to help me with a simple answer.
I would post a picture of my burger, but in the time it took me to type this review, I devoured it. Like most red-blooded, gun toting, mountain climbing, beer chugging Americans, occasionally I wake up with a ferocious hankering for a burger. Of course, not just any burger will do. A thick beef patty, a lack of interrupting veggies, and decent cheese, are needed to get the job done, while the bald eagles soar overhead.
