It is not something we do more than once a year together so we cringed at the $410 price, but went for it since it was supposed to be a special treat for us while family watched the kids. While this is certainly not the level of customer service we expect from our staff, we do have an escalation process that we tried to utilize for this customer. Upon seeing this review in several places, we did look into the issue to find that after consideration of her illness, an exception was made to our cancellation policy and a full refund was made before these reviews were posted. I personally reached out to the customer to apologize for the experience and though she was understandably frustrated by the initial interac... read more
