Horrible. Very complicated to conduct business with. Refused to give me receipts of what was already paid. Made me wait 1 full week for receipts. Didn’t keep me updated and kept saying 1-2 days for receipts. Been over 1 week and have received ZERO documentation / notes / contract for my temporary roof fix. And if I didn’t resort to yelling, I would have never even got a receipt that I waited patiently for, for several days. Thank God I got ahold of these guys. I had a late night plumbing mishap and had water pouring from behind my fridge and after having it repaired i was stuck with alot of water damage but they came out and removed all the water on both levels of the house and GREATLY reduced the damage to my floors.
