Staff was extremely helpful, professional and polite
This clinic is absolutely amazing, they are professional and very kind. I personally recommend having your medical records either with you or make sure you know your doctor will send them over, as I had my records on the day of my visit and my entire experience has gone smoothly. I was approved within 2 days. I can’t recommend them enough, but they made what could have been a complicated experience very easy.
Nobody at the office for my 1015 appointment, phone had a vioc3mail that was full, nobody responded to my emails..dont use these people
I have cancer chronic pain I got okay the first time and my license got denied because of this clinic go somewhere else
