Curt Redd was my introduction to myofascial release, and my first visit was amazing. We live in California so I tried a couple of myofacial practitioners there, but it wasn't the same. Now, we make special trips to Phoenix to get to see Curt. He has a unique ability to target areas that need attention, and the results are flat-out phenomenal.
Curt is a muscle whisperer! He has a very calming energy and instinctively knows what's tight or pulling when I am not even sure what the root cause of the pain(s) is other than "lower back" or "knee." After sessions with him, I immediately feel like I am getting more oxygen into my entire body, as I tend to hold a lot of stress in my jaw, traps, and hips in addition to regular athletic wear and tear. There’s just something different about the experience with Curt. He has a sixth sense about exactly what is needed to heal an area and relieve pain, and it seems he knows what is going to work even if I’m unable to really explain the problem. After his treatment there is always physical relief. It never fails. Beyond that, there is a deeply calming and peaceful energy about him and insight that seems to heal more than just superficial tissues.
