Had a noon appointment, showed up 20 minutes before spent 30 minutes walking around the building trying to find the room. Called twice and texted, got no response. Eventually I found someone who was able to let me know there is a specific entrance you need to use to get into his office. That door was locked but they let me in through the pilates studio when I finally got to the relaxation room it was locked and no one was there. Waited another 10 minutes and no one ever showed.
