Advice - Check Expiry & Best Before Dates I recently purchased 2L bottles of Pepsi Max from the Perth city store. I had two sips and discarded it. On looking at the best before date, I discovered it was 7 months past its best before date. Upon informing their Service Dept. (Head Office), they advised me that there is no legislation that prevents them from selling products after their "Best Before" date (even by 7 mths).
