Usually the middle isles of The Reject Shop are a killer for me and friends, but as of late their stuff hasn't been hitting l am unsure if it is the store waiting on stock or what. The garden section had significantly decreased since l visited last time, but found a few bargins reduced. As l was heading to the checkout l observed a worker stocking the shelfs with airpods in. l am unsure if she was doing training or new but l found it very strange for a retail worker to be wearing airpods while on shift.
I called up to see if something was in stock and the person checked and held it for me. The customer service was above and beyond very friendly with a smile. I give this store a 10/10 and recommend if you want to shop in a friendly store with great customer service that go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Thankyou
Angry manager in ponytail in a bad mood was threatening to call security on some innocent teenagers then when their parents came manager ran to hide at back of store. Customer service needs improvement, nice christmas stuff.
