I called up to see if something was in stock and the person checked and held it for me. The customer service was above and beyond very friendly with a smile. I give this store a 10/10 and recommend if you want to shop in a friendly store with great customer service that go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Thankyou
Angry manager in ponytail in a bad mood was threatening to call security on some innocent teenagers then when their parents came manager ran to hide at back of store. Customer service needs improvement, nice christmas stuff.
Very rude manager, ponytail and grumpy- I thought I was paranoid but I saw how she interacted with another customer and was so cold! Lacks personable skills. I rather take my business elsewhere! Their stuff is on the pricey side as well, more expensive or on par with supermarkets unless out of date. You might as well get it from other places and get friendly customer service with a smile.
