Popped into The Reject Shop for a quick grab, but ended up in a standoff with the card terminal — still awkwardly wedged behind one of those leftover COVID-era plastic face shields like it’s guarding state secrets. Tried to tap with my phone and looked like I was trying to hack into NASA. The first staff member chuckled at my struggle (fair enough, I probably looked ridiculous).
