Very disappointing and upsetting experience. I was trying to buy a few items for my 5 year old and the card payment failed twice. I politely asked if we could try another machine, as it was a new phone, but the staff member rudely said "NO" and refused to offer any other solution. It was heartbreaking to see my child leave the store crying because of how that staff member spoke to us. This is completely unacceptable. I've visited this particular Reject Shop location twice this week. The first time, I was just browsing, and today I came back to actually purchase some items. As a female student at UTAS, I typically carry my laptop and a uni tote bag, and I'd consider my appearance pretty normal. Certainty not someone who looks like they'd be shoplifting. I tried to phone as was charged twice for one bill, but first time phone cut out, 2nd time now 26 minutes and now beyond closing hours. This is not good enough
