Top notch! Highly recommend. Extremely knowledgeable and really works hard to help you understand complicated contract law as well as nuances which would be easily to overlook if not experienced.
Ezra was very helpful in all aspects of my in-person contract negotiations, language and prep when signing for my new job. He was very thorough and thoughtful every step of the way. He made suggestions and brought to light many items I was unaware of that made the whole process that much easier. I would highly recommend to anyone.
