Encompass in Shiloh was amazing, truly a life saver for my mom for her hip replacement surgery recovery. The therapists, nurses, nurse assistants, case managers, were all so incredibly kind, patient and skilled. I don’t even want to think how different our outcome would have been had we not gotten my mom moved there after her time in skilled nursing. I’d like to personally thank all the staff members who helped her, especially Gwen who was a lifeline for us. Thank you, Encompass Shiloh!!
Was the place to go when it opened 2 years ago. Probably still is. The therapists are great but the weekend night nurses were not as good as weekly day nurses. The food was tolerable most days as I was on a heart healthy diet. The equipment was good and loved the occupational therapy room. Helps to insure you can maneuver once you get home.
Friendly staff and great facilities
This is a very good place. The nurses are very nice and friendly and knowledgeable. The case manager checks on me daily. I’m very happy that I came here to recoupe.
